The framework

The CODE Method

Four movements, worked in order: Consciousness, Ownership, Design, Embodiment. Strategy comes last on purpose — it's the part that holds once everything underneath it is honest.

C

Consciousness

Before anything gets rebuilt, it has to be seen. This is where we map the patterns actually driving decisions in the business right now — not the ones written down in the plan, the ones that show up under pressure. Most founders can tell you their strategy. Fewer can tell you what's really steering it.

O

Ownership

Once the patterns are visible, the next question is whose they are. This stage separates what's genuinely yours to carry from what you've been carrying out of habit, guilt, or old agreements. Clean ownership is what makes the next stage — design — actually stick.

D

Design

This is the part that looks like traditional coaching: offers, systems, team structure, boundaries. The difference is timing. Design built on top of an unclear operator gets rebuilt in a year. Design built after consciousness and ownership tends to hold.

E

Embodiment

The last movement is living the new pattern when it's actually being tested — a hard client call, a launch that flops, a hire that isn't working out. This is where the work either becomes who you are or stays a set of ideas you understood once.
